Account Deletion Policy
Upon uninstallation of the Apps created by GroBro by a user, we commit to deleting the user’s data within 30 days. This encompasses information such as the user’s name, email address, phone number, and any other details provided to us. Certain data may be retained beyond this period if required to adhere to applicable laws, regulations, record-keeping, auditing, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
For inactive accounts, a deletion timeframe of 90 to 120 days will be enforced.
Upon specific requests from the user, law enforcement, or data providers, we pledge to initiate the data deletion process promptly, completing it within 14 days.
