The GQ Test is a reading comprehension assessment that measures how well a child understands, interprets, and responds to text. It provides a calibrated reading score designed specifically for ESL learners in India.
Because children in the same age group often have very different reading abilities, the GQ Test ensures the program starts at the child’s exact level. This prevents frustration from texts that are too hard and boredom from texts that are too easy.
We take the test at the beginning of the program to gauge the reading level and at the end of the GroBox program to see the progress. This helps us track progress and automatically adjust future GroBox as your child’s reading skills improve.
